The whole place was impeccably clean, I loved it, and had great location and staff. Nice bedrooms and a large bathroom. Pool was clean and there was a lovely restaurant on site.

The hotel is neat, the room is good, the people are really extremely great. Reasonably good breakfast, fantastic service. Exceptionally nice location, at walking distance from a grand 19th-century castle.

Nice breakfast with plenty of choices, setting just walking distance from a bus stop. We had a balcony. The hotel was very close to Lucerne train station.

Recommended base for your vacations in Lucerne. Great location of Lake Lucerne, so close to the hotel. Even the Kloten airport was not so far: )
